What are Error logs?

Error logs are valuable tools, and this guide will walk you through the steps to retrieve them on both Windows and MacOS operating systems. By following these simple instructions, you can locate and share essential error log files, enabling us to quickly address any concerns you may have.
How to retrieve your error logs
- First, you need to open the TalkType app.
- Then click on the button in the top left-hand corner that should have your Initials of your name on it.
- This will open a drop-down menu, and then you will need to click on your name 5 times in a row.
4. This will then open up a troubleshooting page.
Finally, all you need to do is click on the "Download logs" button.
